To be honest, I do not favor doing a diet. It tortures me a lot. I am not allowed to eat whenever I like, I cannot eat my favorite food, and the worst thing is that I feel hungry all the time. It makes me feel sluggish too. Though all my friends suggest me to do diet, I still cannot start to arrange my diet program.

But now I find a new way to do diet from the internet. Very well thank’s for it. This diet program put fruit into the menu. I like fruit, so I think this diet will not be that torturing. While doing this diet program, we are also expected to eat other foods too. I hope that this diet program will be a great success.

This diet program is carried out by having 3-day fruit flush. 3-day fruit flush requires eating fruit every two hours. By doing this 3-day fruit flush diet, we are expected to lose 9 to 10 pounds of weight within 3 days.Why has fruit flush diet?

According to Jay Robb, fruit flush diet or 3-days fruit flush diet offers a healthy diet program. On his book entitled Fruit Flush 3 Day Detox, he writes that during 3 days fruit flush, the digestive system experiences a whole cleaning, residues and toxins from eating unhealthy food like junk food, alcohol, and other foods containing artificial colors, flavors, sugar, and preservatives will be eliminated.

The water and fiber from the fruits do not only help eliminate unwanted toxins in the body. Rob also says that doing fruit flush diet within three days is very effective to bring our body to natural fat burning mode. As a result, we might lose 9 to 10 pounds during the 3-day fruit flush. Jay Robb says that half of the pounds we lose comes from water in the body.

Though diet always results in fatigue and diet is torturing, we can feel a bit better if we do this 3-day fruit flush. The fruits we consume also provide calories which are enough to help us do our daily activities. The fruits eaten during fruit flush diet are arranged to give 900 to 1000 calories per day. While doing fruit flush diet, during three days, we are suggested to consume raw vegetables, fruits, protein, and healthy fats. Why? Because, though it mentions fruits in the program, it does not mean that we should eat fruits in isolation. We can eat vegetables, chicken, avocado, fish, turkey, and lean beef too. Those are foods that we can put in our fruit flush diet menu.

On the first day, most of our menu are protein drink. We drink it every two hours. Raw vegetable, lean protein, and healthy fats from olive oil or avocado should be consumed for dinner. On the second and the third days, we are no longer consuming protein drinks. Consume fresh fruits instead in addition to raw vegetable, lean protein, olive oil, and avocado. As mentioned before, while doing 3 days fruit flush diet plan, we can consume protein drinks without sweetener on the first day and fruits, vegetables, chicken, avocado, fish, turkey, and lean beef on the second a the third day. Here is the example of fruit flush diet plan in three days.
First day
8 AM: drinking a protein
10 AM: drinking a protein
12 PM: drinking a protein
2 PM: drinking a protein
4 PM: drinking a protein
6 PM: 3 to 6 cups of raw vegetable salad, around 6 oz of lean protein (fish, chicken, turkey, egg white, and lean beef), ½ avocado for topping or 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Second and third days
8 AM: 2 cups of cantaloupe
10 AM: 2 cups of strawberry fruit
12 PM: 1 medium banana fruit
2 PM: 2 medium apples
4 PM: 1 large mango fruit
6 PM: 3 to 6 cups of raw vegetable salad, 1 tablespoon of olive oil or ½ avocado for topping, and a protein drink.

During three days of doing fruit flush diet, we are not expected to do exercise because we only have limited energy. We can do exercise on the following days.

You can do 3 days fruit flush or 3 days fruit flush diet once a week for 12 weeks, or once to twice a month for very long period. Fruit flush diet results include detoxification and losing 9 to 10 pounds. This diet program is worth to try. Go healthy with 3 days fruit flush.
